Shipping usually happens after 24 hours to 5 days and takes from 2 – 30 days to deliver. We work really hard to provide the best price and best shipping service to our valued customer.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- In order to get a full refund for the defective, wrong or broken item, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us in your own budget.
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you’ve received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- For the store pick up, we would not issue a refund for the vegetable, or the products that you open at home or used materials.
