Order cancellation for Online shipping

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

 

Order cancellation for Store Pick up

We understand sometimes things happen and you won’t able to pick up the order. In this case, you can ask someone to pick up your order; just remember whoever is coming to pick up your order should have an order number and your name. Other easiest way to cancel your order is through online. If you had an account through us when you order, you will have access to cancel your order.

Refunds for Online Shipping

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • In order to get a full refund for the defective, wrong or broken item, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us in your own budget.
  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you’ve received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

Refunds for Store Pick Up

We value our customer, therefore we will very much happy to assist you to fulfill your request. You can request a refund for ordered products if:

  • If we pick up the wrong order or items and you forget to check at the store (but we highly suggest you re-check up everything before taking anything home)

 

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • For the store pick up, we would not issue a refund for the vegetable, or the products that you open at home or used materials.
